CASE IN BRIEF

When Graham Sheppard died on 24th August 2005 he had no valid will.

Margaret Barling, who he married in April 2004, admitted his Last Will was invalid.

To ensure he hadn’t died intestate (i.e. that he had a valid will) Margaret made up a story supported by fake evidence to make an earlier will, dated 12th October 2004, valid.

Graham’s son Ian pointed out that he saw his father on 12th October 2004 so Margaret must be lying. The earlier will was invalid too and thus Graham died intestate.

The evidence supported this, and in fact it is obvious what happened.

When it came to trial Sir Nicholas Warren, the judge, found Margaret’s version of events to be the truth. He ignored Ian’s key evidence.

Ian found out soon afterwards that Sir Nicholas Warren had been ‘selected’ by Margaret’s relative Sir Gerald Barling, and that the trial at the High Court was staged by them.

Despite Ian’s protests, the Court and legal system in England & Wales are so broken that nothing has been done to correct this crime.

Ian has kept all the evidence in the hope that one day it will be officially recognised that he was telling the truth.
